Hello all shoppers,
Thank you for shopping online with us.
Before you place an order, you may like to check out the Terms & Conditions listed below.
Placing Orders
Step 1: Email your order to mysweetieplace@yahoo.com.sg
Please indicate the Item Code, Qty and mode of delivery (normal or registered post).
Step 2: We will acknowledge your order via email and provide you with the bank details for transfer of payment (usually between 1 to 2 working days).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that no cancellation or exchange of items is allowed once order is confirmed and payment is received.
Step 3: Upon receipt of our order acknowledgement, please proceed to transfer the payment and email us the transaction details (transfer amount, date/time, IB Nick etc...) together with your mailing address.
Step 4: We will mail out your package within 3 working days from date of receipt of payment.
Payment
- Payment is accepted only via ATM Transfer or Internet Banking. Paypal is accepted for International orders.
- We will provide instructions for payment together with your order acknowledgement.
- Payment must be transferred within 3 working days after receiving our acknowledgement, else the order will be considered cancelled.
Shipping
- Delivery only through post, no meet-ups or self-collection. For International orders, please email us for shipping costs.
- We will not be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage in transit by SingPost.
- You may want to opt for registered post, if so, please add on SGD 2.25
- Your order will only be shipped out upon receipt of payment.
